Program Overview
NYP/Columbia University Irving Medical Center’s Center for Liver Disease and Transplantation (CLDT) experts offer extensive experience diagnosing and treating all forms and stages of liver disease in children. They assess and treat liver disease with standard medical therapy, investigational protocols, and surgical therapy. In addition, they serve as a primary transplantation center.
Target Audience
This program has been designed for Pediatric Gastroenterologists, Pediatric Surgeons, Transplant Surgeons, Nurses, Social Workers, Dieticians, Physician Assistants and any other clinicians involved in the management and treatment of pediatric liver disease and transplantation.
Physicians
Amedco LLC designates this live activity for a maximum of 6.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Physician Assistants
AAPA accepts certificates of participation for educational activities certified for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ from organizations accredited by ACCME or a recognized state medical society. PAs may receive a maximum of 6.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for completing this activity.
Nurse Practitioners
The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) recognizes the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as approved accreditors and allow reciprocity for AANPCP continuing education credit.
