ACG’s 1-Day IBD School and Weekend Eastern Regional Postgraduate Course

June 5 - June 7

Renaissance Hotel – Washington, DC. Join Colleagues for ACG’s popular IBD School, to be held on Friday, June 5. This day-long interactive program provides comprehensive education for GI clinicians focusing on the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of IBD. This program is designed to better enable clinical gastroenterologists and other members of the health care team to triage, treat, and refer patients more efficiently.

Led by Course Directors Joyann A. Kroser, MD, FACG, and Lisa B. Malter, MD, FACG, the Eastern Regional Postgraduate Course, offered on Saturday and Sunday, June 6-7, will focus on topics such as diseases of the upper and lower GI tract, IBD, obesity, and liver. Hands-on sessions will also be offered on Saturday afternoon.

Designed to meet the needs of the entire GI practice, these courses are designed for those providers who don’t want to spend too much time away from the office. Attend and you can earn up to 20 hours of CME and MOC points.

Both programs will take place at the Renaissance Hotel, which is a short walk or Metro ride away from dozens of DC attractions such as the National Mall, where you’ll find the Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam Veterans Memorial, and the Reflecting Pool, the White House, U.S. Capitol, National Geographic Museum, and the many Smithsonian Museums
